Defining an MVP

Goal

save&sustain is a SaaS platform that helps companies monitor, analyze, and optimize their energy consumption. With the help of smart sensors, this solution identifies sources of waste and enables organizations to adopt tailored strategies to improve energy efficiency.

As part of this innovative project, save&sustain aimed to develop a first MVP of the application. This involved defining the features by priority level.

Approche

I facilitated a Design Sprint to quickly shape a concept for the application and test it directly with users. Based on the results, we defined key features that enabled the development of the first version of the web application.

UX Design

Thanks to the feedback gathered during the Design Sprint, we were able to quickly develop a first version of the interface.

The objective was to deliver a smooth and intuitive user journey, supported by clear and accessible analysis tools.

These results allowed me to define a detailed user flow and create medium-fidelity mockups. Once the application structure was validated, we moved on to designing high-fidelity wireframes supported by a preliminary design system.

This approach ensured visual consistency and an optimized navigation experience.

All of this work was carried out in close collaboration with the save&sustain team and the development agency. We worked in an agile and collaborative way, ensuring the technical feasibility of features and meeting production deadlines throughout the project.

A clean design for simplified data reading

The interface follows a minimalist aesthetic, highlighting key performance indicators. Charts and visualizations make it easier to understand consumption trends, enabling companies to make informed decisions to reduce their energy footprint.
